Senior Project Engineer - Aerospace - Hartford, CT

My client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer that will be responsible for managing efforts to achieve approvals on assigned hardware and supporting production. This individual should have a minimum 5 years of experience within aerospace as well as strong FEM Analysis experience.

Description

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Managing project efforts
• Development of drawings
• Measurement and material evaluations
• Data and Structural analysis
• Vendor substantiation activities for hardware
• Supporting production of hardware
• Supporting new product activities

Profile

The ideal Senior Project Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of materials and coatings
• Experience in GD&T
• FEM analysis experience
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
