Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain safety standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the build.
- Communicate project updates to the management team, ensuring that timelines and client expectations are met.
- Ensure project execution adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing ground-up and interior projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for resolving on-site challenges.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols, building regulations, and construction procedures.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in dynamic environments and thrives on delivering quality results.
