Description

• Oversee all aspects of people operations, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Lead and develop a team of people operations professionals, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage people operations policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop creative solutions.
• Create and implement scalable systems to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Provide training and resources to staff, and contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed.

Profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in HR, operations, or strategic roles. Experience in similar industries is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing payroll, onboarding, and benefits functions.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and implement strategic people operations solutions.
• Experience in developing and scaling systems for growing organizations.
