The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations within the medical device industry. Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with medical device industry regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform audits of internal processes and external suppliers to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, including validation protocols and reports.
• Support regulatory submissions by providing relevant quality documentation and data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Train employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
