Excel Macro Consultant

A global foreign bank in NYC is seeking a Temporary Compliance & Data Automation Analyst for a 1-month contract within the Risk & Compliance team. The role involves using Excel Macros to automate reporting processes, manage data efficiently, and support regulatory compliance efforts.

Description

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel Macros/VBA scripts to support reporting and data management needs.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for compliance and risk reports.
• Support the team in preparing internal dashboards and summary reports for management.
• Automate manual data entry tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Compliance Officers and Risk Analysts to understand requirements and implement Excel-based solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports by validating macro outputs.

Profile

• Prior experience in a banking or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly Macros and VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
