Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure budgets align with project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, particularly for commercial and retail projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors.
