Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure budgets align with project goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, particularly for commercial and retail projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors.
