Senior Superintendent - Commercial TI - San Mateo

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead multiple large-scale TI projects simultaneously. Along with running multiple floors at once ranging in value from $7M-$13M, this candidate will be responsible for driving project success and contributing to continued company growth.

Headquartered in San Francisco, their work spans the Bay Area-approximately 50% in the city, 30% on the Peninsula, and 20% in the East Bay.

Description

• Manage multiple tenant improvement projects concurrently, typically ranging from $7M to $13M

• Oversee all field operations across multiple floors with an eye for quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met

• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company's culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

• Leverage your proven track record to help win new work and support business development efforts

• Utilize strong computer skills to track progress, produce reports, and communicate effectively

Profile

• Extensive experience running multi-floor commercial TI projects in the $7M-$13M range

• Strong client-facing and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset

• Proven ability to win work and contribute to business growth

• Excellent computer skills and comfort using project management software

• Able to commute to job sites across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and East Bay
