Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for site operations, quality control, and safety enforcement.

Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met

  • Lead and manage field teams, subcontractors, and labor resources

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain schedule and quality standards

  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate execution

  • Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly to avoid project disruptions

  • Enforce quality control and conduct inspections to meet project requirements

  • Manage subcontractor performance and enforce contract compliance

  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project

Profile

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes

  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents

  • Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills
