Description

  • Oversee the execution of corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintain precise account updates to reflect changes arising from corporate action events in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between corporate action notices and internal records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and counterparties to provide guidance on corporate actions and ensure proper handling of client instructions.
  • Monitor and validate records to ensure alignment with industry standards and event notifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain efficient communication related to corporate actions.

Profile

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong foundation in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates prior experience in corporate action processing, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of corporate actions, securities operations, and custody services; familiarity with DTC is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support analytical and reporting tasks.
  • Excels in problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
