Assistant Project Manager
Construction - Assistant Project Manager needed for mid-sized commercial construction projects in New London County, CT. Candidate should have working knowledge of Procore. This company is in the Building and Construction industry.
Client Details
Client is a commercial builder/developer located in New London, CT. They specialize in ground-up and remodel construction projects - mostly public and commercial. All of the projects are in and around Southern CT.
Description
Construction - Assistant Project Manager
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.
- Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience as Construction - Assistant Project Manager
- 2+ years experience working under a Project Manager
- Average project size of $5M-$100M
- Ground up commercial/industrial construction experience is a must
- Construction Management, Architecture, or Relevant Degree a plus but not required
- Procore Experience Required
- Should be local to Hartford, CT
