Description

- Working on multifamily projects

- Supporting the Superintendent

- Overseeing daily operations

- Ensuring safety

- Quality control

- Scheduling

- Communicating with subcontractors

- Providing educational leadership

Profile

- At least one year of experience working as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent for a Multifamily General Contractor

- Self sufficeint and seeking long term growth

- Leader who is able to give and recieve feedback
