Estimator/PM

The Estimator/PM will play a critical role in managing construction projects from estimation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and potential challenges.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best terms and prices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, schedules, and communications.
