Director of Process Engineering

Description
- Lead and develop a high-performing Process Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Architect end‑to‑end process strategies that improve efficiency, reduce operational waste, and support long‑term scale.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to identify bottlenecks and design world‑class solutions.
- Own process standardization, documentation, change management, and governance across the organization.
- Drive adoption of automation, lean methodologies, and data‑driven decision-making.
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to monitor process performance and enable proactive improvements.
- Oversee large-scale, cross‑departmental transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and systems that strengthen operational scalability.

Profile
- Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and owning process strategy within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and/or operational excellence frameworks.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with process automation, workflow design, and scaling operational systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and collaborate across diverse teams.
- A systems thinker with a bias for action and a passion for efficiency, simplification, and scalable solutions.
Job Offer
