Key Responsibilities
As the Superintendent, you will act as the primary on‑site leader overseeing daily field operations and reporting to the Project Manager. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Manage all field execution on ground‑up commercial and civil/utilities projects
- Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain strict safety compliance and conduct site audits
- Lead field problem‑solving, inspections, and quality control
- Review drawings, manage field documents, and ensure adherence to project plans
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and solutions
- Represent the company professionally with field teams and stakeholders
Profile
Experience Required- Previous superintendent experience in ground‑up commercial and civil/utility work
- Strong understanding of site logistics, underground utilities, and vertical concrete/steel construction
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field teams
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to spec, budget, and schedule
