Description
- Assist in managing multifamily construction projects ranging from $60M to $200M
- Support the preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution phases
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Profile
- 3+ years of construction project management experience (multifamily experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame, concrete, and steel construction
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking
- Ability to work both in-office and on-site as needed
