Construction Project Manager - Public Projects

This is a full-time, site-based Project Manager role overseeing public construction projects governed by NY Wicks Law. You'll lead multiple primes, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely delivery.

Description

• Lead on-site construction for public projects across assigned regions

• Manage multiple prime contractors under Wicks Law requirements
• Act as the key liaison with clients, consultants, and local agencies
• Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety
• Attend monthly team meetings in the White Plains office

Profile

You're an experienced Project Manager with direct Wicks Law knowledge and a proven ability to manage multiple prime contractors. You're polished, reliable, and client-facing, with the flexibility to travel regionally to assigned sites.
