Construction Project Manager - Public Projects
This is a full-time, site-based Project Manager role overseeing public construction projects governed by NY Wicks Law. You'll lead multiple primes, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely delivery.

A longstanding construction management firm established over 100 years ago, specializing in public sector projects such as schools, municipalities, and fire districts. They maintain a close-knit, professional culture focused on quality execution and client service.
Description
Lead on-site construction for public projects across assigned regions
- Manage multiple prime contractors under Wicks Law requirements
- Act as the key liaison with clients, consultants, and local agencies
- Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety
- Attend monthly team meetings in the White Plains office
Profile
You're an experienced Project Manager with direct Wicks Law knowledge and a proven ability to manage multiple prime contractors. You're polished, reliable, and client-facing, with the flexibility to travel regionally to assigned sites.
