Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the design and development of new medical device products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and goals
• Conducting regular product testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Implementing efficient manufacturing processes
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Profile

A successful Senior Development Engineer should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in product development and manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• 5+ years experience within Medical Device space
• Catheter Experience is a must ***
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Job Offer
