Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead clean utility system projects from initiation through final handover. This role is ideal for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in project execution who is eager to gain deeper expertise in delivering full-cycle engineered utility solutions.

Description

• Manage projects from initial client specifications and kickoff to system handover and final acceptance
• Lead internal and external design reviews and coordination meetings
• Direct a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, documentation, and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ASME BPE, cGMP, GAMP, and ISPE guidelines
• Maintain scope, budget, and schedule across all phases of the project
• Execute documentation control and quality management protocols
• Organize and oversee (Factory Acceptance Testing) with the customer at the production site
• Support SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), commissioning, and startup in collaboration with the Field Service team

Profile

• 2-5 years of engineering or project management experience within clean utility or water systems
• Background in mechanical or chemical engineering
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industry standards
• Familiarity with controls/automation is a plus
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• BS or MS in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Environmental Science, or related technical field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
