My client is a prominent GC with headquarters in RI they have opened a brand new office in Foxborough MA after steadily growing their MA market. They specializing in prestigious public, municipal, and higher ed projects across the city and nearby suburbs. Established 30 years ago, they have built a strong reputation in the industry. Description

• Assist in leading project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
• Help oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
• Help lead potential business development meetings and proposals
• Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
• Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience with public projects
• Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
• Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
