Quality Technician
Perform inspections and testing to ensure product quality and compliance in advanced electronics manufacturing. Hands-on, floor-focused role with opportunities for process improvement and skill development.

Description
Quality Technician:
- Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections to maintain product quality
- Conduct tests and record results in lab information management systems
- Support First Article Inspections, Source Inspections, and PPAPs
- Escalate issues and participate in root cause analysis initiatives
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances to ensure compliance
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and gages as needed
- Participate in internal audits and recommend procedural improvements
Profile
Quality Technician:
- 4+ years of manufacturing or quality experience
- Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools (calipers, gages, digital multimeter)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and material specifications
- Knowledge of GD&T a plus
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excited about process improvements and implementing change
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working on the production floor
