Description

Quality Technician:

• Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections to maintain product quality
• Conduct tests and record results in lab information management systems
• Support First Article Inspections, Source Inspections, and PPAPs
• Escalate issues and participate in root cause analysis initiatives
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances to ensure compliance
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and gages as needed
• Participate in internal audits and recommend procedural improvements

Profile

Quality Technician:

• 4+ years of manufacturing or quality experience
• Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools (calipers, gages, digital multimeter)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and material specifications
• Knowledge of GD&T a plus
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excited about process improvements and implementing change
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working on the production floor
