Equity Research Analyst
This role involves analyzing and articulating trends within the assigned sector, leading IPO project management, and collaborating with various banking teams. The candidate will also create and maintain financial models, engaging with clients and senior management.

About the Role:
The incumbent will be tasked with thematic research/insights, institutional investor coverage, and IPO advisory.
Job Description:
Analyze companies in the assigned sector and articulate key trends weekly and quarterly.
Monitor critical industry and sector trends.
Skillfully distill large volumes of information and identify the core message.
Oversee IPO project management and support IPO advisory efforts.
Develop, update, and maintain financial and valuation models to evaluate companies' investment potential.
Manage and analyze database information.
Assist in planning, supporting, and executing investor discussions for our company and sector.
Engage with clients, internal teams, and senior management.
Collaborate with banking advisory and merchant banking teams across products.
Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
Possess 3+ years of experience in Sell-Side/Buy-Side Equity Research or Institutional Equity Sales.
- Experience in any of the following sector coverage areas: FIG, Technology, Healthcare, or Industrials.
Have a passion for writing and modeling.
Be entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Display meticulous attention to detail.
Exhibit strong, clear, and concise communication skills, both written and oral.
Have experience building financial models.
Job Offer
$150,000 - $190,000 base salary, depending on experience. Bonus and comprehensive benefits.
