Description

The Package Engineering Manager's day-to-day will include the following responsibilities:

Profile

A successful Package Engineering Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in package engineering and development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to package solutions.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to sustainable and environmentally-friendly packaging practices.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging, electronics packaging.
• Experience with MACOM, Microchip, Materion.
• 10+ years of experience with some leadership experience.
