Description

• Develop and optimize internal production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to define requirements for new and transfer programs.
• Oversee integration of equipment and machine setups into existing systems.
• Evaluate and manage third-party solutions or custom-built equipment.
• Lead manufacturing engineering aspects of key programs from concept to completion.
• Identify process gaps and implement automation and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for programs, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in plastics process engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in injection molding, tooling, and automation systems.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like SolidWorks, Jira, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems and automated production environments.
