Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple markets

Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost management
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
- Manage and develop a small finance team
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Profile
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
- Progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
