Multifamily Construction Project Manager
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family residential buildings, ensuring timely completion, budget management, and quality standards. You'll supervise day-to-day operations, manage subcontractors, communicate with clients, and resolve any issues that arise to ensure project meets both design and safety specifications.

Description
- Ensure the project stays on schedule
- Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial limits.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns.
Profile
- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects, with a strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth project execution and overcome obstacles.
- Preferred background in residential or multifamily development
