Project Manager - Large-Scale Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects for a Brentwood, TN-based general contractor. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional client management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee all phases of large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and efficiency.
