As a Senior Superintendent specializing in large projects, you will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Details

A top 400 ENR Firm, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large scale ground up builds. They have a secure pipeline of work through 2027 all throughout Massachusetts.

Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications and objectives.
  • Supervise subcontractors and construction staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
  • Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment for the site.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism on-site.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent - Large Projects should have:
