Senior Superintendent - Large Projects
As a Senior Superintendent specializing in large projects, you will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Details
A top 400 ENR Firm, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large scale ground up builds. They have a secure pipeline of work through 2027 all throughout Massachusetts.
Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications and objectives.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
- Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment for the site.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism on-site.

Profile
A successful Senior Superintendent - Large Projects should have:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and maintain project schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
