The Project Manager for Multifamily Construction will be responsible for the execution of multifamily construction projects from initiation through to completion. Description
Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Construction responsibilities in los angeles:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily apartment projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the project remains within budget.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as scheduled and to resolve any issues promptly.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and proposing solutions as necessary.
