Senior Superintendent - Corporate Interiors
This Senior Superintendent will oversee multiple interior projects simultaneously, acting as the field leader across sites. The role requires strong planning, communication, and leadership abilities in demanding, schedule-driven environments.

Description
- Oversee multiple Superintendents and interior project teams
- Plan and manage fast-track schedules with minimal disruption to tenants
- Coordinate building management, engineers, and client stakeholders
- Drive logistics planning in active, occupied office environments
- Maintain premium quality standards and zero-defect delivery
- Mentor and develop upcoming field leadership
Profile
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience focused on interior projects
- Extensive corporate TI and occupied-space experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of MEP coordination and finishes
