Description

• Oversee multiple Superintendents and interior project teams
• Plan and manage fast-track schedules with minimal disruption to tenants
• Coordinate building management, engineers, and client stakeholders
• Drive logistics planning in active, occupied office environments
• Maintain premium quality standards and zero-defect delivery
• Mentor and develop upcoming field leadership

Profile

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience focused on interior projects
• Extensive corporate TI and occupied-space experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep understanding of MEP coordination and finishes
