Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across a fast-paced, commercially driven organization. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to a collaborative and people-focused team.

Description
- Assist with the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting through to onboarding, across corporate and commercial functions
- Review CVs, identify promising candidates, and support initial screening activities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Support offer processes and onboarding logistics to help new hires transition seamlessly
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
- Ensure clear, timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring journey
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an inclusive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage job postings across external job boards and internal platforms
- Support recruitment workflows, documentation, and process improvements
- Assist with reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and interview volume
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring priorities and scheduling needs
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including careers content, social media, and early careers activities
- Conduct research on talent markets, competitor activity, and sourcing strategies
- Provide support on ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
Profile
- 1-2 year's experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or agency/in-house recruitment (internships and early-career experience welcome)
- Exposure to hiring across multiple business functions
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and comfortable supporting a variety of teams and roles
- A confident communicator with a people-first approach
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to develop within Talent Acquisition or People functions
- Resilient and flexible, with the ability to navigate changing priorities
Job Offer
- Highly competitive rate of pay
- Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Hybrid 2/3 days in office with flexibility for longer remote days when required
