Recruiter
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-performing candidates for revenue-generating roles in marketing, product management, and portfolio management. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and act as a strategic partner throughout the recruitment process.

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent in marketing, product, and portfolio management - the strategic roles that drive the business forward.
Description
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies for marketing, product, and portfolio roles.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the company's go-to-market and product strategy teams.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that reflect our mission and attract high-quality candidates.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) to leadership and continuously optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and industry conferences as needed.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech or EdTech environment.
- Workday experience is a must!
- Demonstrated success recruiting for sales-adjacent roles such as marketing, product managers, or customer success.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and team dynamics.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and technology is a plus.
