Lead Testing Engineer - Dayforce Implementation
The Lead Testing Engineer for Dayforce Implementation will manage the testing strategy for Dayforce projects, developing and executing test scripts to ensure seamless system functionality, integration, and end-to-end workflows. They will collaborate with business teams, IT, and implementation consultants, using Jira to track testing progress and issues, while ensuring adherence to testing standards and methodologies throughout the implementation process.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Lead Testing Engineer in the Dayforce Implementation role include:
- Leading and managing the testing strategy for Dayforce implementation projects.
- Developing and tracking entry and exit criteria for all testing phases (UAT, SIT, and Parallel testing).
- Establishing test security roles and mapping.
- Collaborating with business teams, IT departments, and implementation consultants to define testing requirements and timelines.
- Creating, managing, and executing test scripts to validate system functionality, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
- Ensuring comprehensive testing across system integrations, data flows, and workflows.
- Using Jira to manage testing progress, track issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking issues through Jira, working with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
- Continuously improving testing processes and ensuring adherence to testing standards and methodologies.
Profile
A successful candidate for the Lead Testing Engineer role will have extensive experience in Dayforce HCM implementation testing, with strong expertise in leading end-to-end testing for complex systems. They should be proficient in creating and executing test scripts, managing testing phases (UAT, SIT), and using Jira for issue tracking, while effectively collaborating with business teams, IT, and consultants to ensure seamless system integration and functionality. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to improving testing processes.
Job Offer
Immediate start date with a 6 month contract with potential for extension.
