They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a critical role in optimizing their manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will directly impact the production of our industry-leading actuators, helping them maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for actuator production.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee CNC machining, assembly, and testing of electric actuators.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in automation, actuators, or precision components.
• Strong understanding of machining, assembly processes, and automation techniques.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to production challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
