Legal Secretary - Naples
Join a top Trusts and Esates firm in their Naples office as a Legal Secretary supporting a team of fidutiary accountants. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operations and white glove service for clients.

This firm has been trusted by long-standing clients for over 100 years. They have offices across CT and FL and this office is a team of 30+ legal professionals.
Description
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys and staff.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Handle client communications, including calls, emails, and in-person interactions, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with billing, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Conduct legal research and compile information as needed to support attorneys.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for attorneys.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
Profile
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
- Experience within a law firm setting is required.
- Experience with trusts and estates strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
