Healthcare Superintendent - Greenville, SC
The Superintendent will oversee a healthcare upfit project, specifically a surgery center renovation, within an active medical campus environment in the Greenville/Clemson market.
This role requires a Superintendent who is comfortable managing tight logistics, infection control protocols, and phased construction while maintaining ongoing facility operations.

Description
- Lead all onsite activities for healthcare renovation and upfit work.
- Coordinate subcontractors operating within an active patient environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to ICRA standards, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Develop and manage short‑interval schedules and daily work plans.
- Conduct coordination meetings with project team and healthcare stakeholders.
- Maintain quality control across highly detailed medical buildouts.
- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing hospital or clinical operations.
Profile
A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects.
- Hands‑on experience with occupied hospital or clinical environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and healthcare protocols.
- Ability to manage detailed interior buildouts and complex coordination.
- Strong communication skills with clients, medical staff, and subcontractors.
- Stable work history preferred.
- Local to or willing to work in the Greenville market.
Job Offer
