Assistant Project Manager- High End Retail Stores
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of high-end custom residential and upscale commercial construction projects, including luxury homes and retail spaces, throughout Palm Beach County. This role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established general contractor known for delivering luxury custom homes and high-end commercial projects across South Florida. They have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term relationships with owners, architects, and designers.
Description
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration and coordination
Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor buy-outs
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
Track schedules and help ensure milestones and deadlines are met
Maintain project files and assist with closeout documentation
Participate in project meetings and assist with client communication
Profile
2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
Background in custom residential construction and/or high-end commercial projects (retail, boutique spaces, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost controls
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Experience working in South Florida construction is strongly preferred
