Construction Superintendent

Seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent with 10 years of field experience that can work independently.

Client Details

Our client is an established Manhattan based Commercial General Contractor.

Description

• Coordination of Trades - Vast knowledge of all facets of the construction industry trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, finishes.
• Ability to set priorities and work in a demanding and changing work environment
• Communications skills - Use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and Excel
• Ensure company safety policies, quality procedures and construction standards are being followed.

Profile

• 10+ Years of experience in the commercial construction space
• Must have the 40-hour OSHA Site Safety Manager Training certification
• Ensure trade compliance of OSHA rules and regulations, including but not limited to risk assessment, regular inspections of the site, maintaining daily records and maintaining a clean safe work environment
