• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful Director of Quality should have:

• 8+ years managing quality teams with strong leadership presence.
• Proven ability to build a quality department, set vision, and drive change within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Aerospace background with AS9100 expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret CMM reports and measurement data.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
