Senior Quality Engineer
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations. This role serves as a technical expert and works closely with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer are:
- Lead and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances, customer complaints, and internal findings
- Apply advanced knowledge of GD&T and engineering principles to ensure precision and inspectability
- Support manufacturing and engineering teams with quality planning, process validation, and risk assessment activities
- Develop and execute inspection plans, control plans, and quality metrics
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customer audits, supplier quality issues, and cross-functional problem-solving efforts
- Analyze quality data and trends to recommend process improvements and reduce defects
- Mentor junior quality staff and provide technical guidance on quality tools and methodologies
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are properly defined and implemented

Profile
The successful Senior Quality Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- Advanced proficiency in CMM programming and process validation
- Strong experience within metrology
- Experience in precision manufacturing, tooling, machining, or industrial products
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Knowledge of supplier quality management and audit processes
- Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection techniques
