Description
In this pivotal role, the Project Manager - Commercial GC - Triad will oversee essential functions that drive project success and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and client needs
- Initiating RFIs to address field issues and plan inconsistencies
- Processing, reviewing, and tracking submittals
- Evaluating design and shop drawings for impacts on cost and schedule
- Preparing scope of work letters for subcontractors
- Initiating change orders for the owner and soliciting bids from subcontractors
- Performing estimates and compiling cost breakdowns for client review
- Maintaining logs for procurement, submittals, and RFIs
- Assisting with scheduling and tracking daily production
- Coordinating communication between design and construction teams
- Leading and mentoring a team of project management professionals
