Construction Assistant Project Manager - Naugatuck, CT

Description
- Assist in managing construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors.
- Maintain communication between clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Help oversee job site progress, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
