Superintendent - Public & Academic - RI
We're recruiting on behalf of a well‑established Rhode Island general contractor seeking a Superintendent to join their team ahead of a busy summer schedule. This individual will lead field operations on upcoming public and academic renovations, including a newly awarded $50M K‑12 school project in West Warwick.

Description
- Lead daily site operations on academic, public, and commercial projects throughout RI
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control
- Manage 3‑week look-ahead scheduling and project phasing
- Maintain strict safety compliance and conduct regular site walks and meetings
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, local officials, suppliers, and RI subcontractors
- Ensure timely project delivery, punch list completion, and successful closeout
- Support planning for summer renovation season and upcoming school projects
- Represent the company professionally with owners, municipalities, and project partners

A successful Superintendent - Public & Academic should have:

Job Offer
- $100,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
