Junior Estimator- High End Commercial Construction
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Junior Estimator to join a growing General Contractor in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of estimating experience who wants to work on high-end commercial projects.

Description
Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for commercial projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive and complete bids.
Support senior estimators during preconstruction and bidding phases.
Participate in project handoffs and assist in maintaining historical cost data for future estimates.
Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure alignment between estimating and construction execution.
Profile
Holds 2-3 years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, materials, and building systems.
Proficient in estimating software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or Sage) and Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
