Interior Superintendent-Healthcare
We are seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to join a leading general contractor in Miami, FL. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile interior build-outs in the healthcare sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Address and resolve any field-related challenges to keep projects moving efficiently.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on healthcare interior construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an active healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of infection control measures, AHCA regulations, and life safety codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and project specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
