Description

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Address and resolve any field-related challenges to keep projects moving efficiently.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on healthcare interior construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an active healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of infection control measures, AHCA regulations, and life safety codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and project specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
