Description

Civil Estimator - Large General Contractor - Bridgewater MA - Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the estimation process with guidance from senior management (SPCM or VPPC).
• Analyze costs and metrics from previous projects to identify discrepancies and underlying causes.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work and bid comparison sheets.
• Manage working relationships with estimators and preconstruction engineers.
• Discuss changes and adjustments to cost estimates with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors.

Profile

Civil Estimator - Large General Contractor - Bridgewater MA - Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Civil Construction Experience
• Experience with demolition, support excavation, deep pile foundations, ground improvements, contaminated soil, and dewatering methods
• Experience with AutoCAD, On-Screen Takeoff, InSite earthworks software
• Civil Engineering degree preferred
