Luxury Homes Superintendent - Charleston, SC
The Superintendent will oversee high‑end custom residential projects valued at $2M+, including ground‑up custom homes and complex renovations. Projects are located primarily in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas, with additional projects in South Carolina and Florida, requiring comfort with regional travel.

Description
- Lead day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for luxury residential projects.
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control.
- Ensure strict adherence to design intent, architectural details, and finishes.
- Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and site organization.
- Utilize Procore for daily logs, drawings, documentation, and coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and in‑house teams.
- Represent the builder professionally with homeowners, architects, and consultants.
- Oversee punch lists and ensure white‑glove project delivery.
Profile
A successful Luxury Homes Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (residential focused).
- Proven background in high‑end custom residential construction ($2M+ projects).
- Massachusetts CSL license required.
- Proficient with Procore.
- Detail‑oriented and passionate about craftsmanship and quality.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and growth‑minded.
- Comfortable with regional travel as projects require.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: Up to $130K
