Project Manager - $25M - $50M
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will establish project control plans, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance with regulations while fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Description
Project Control: Establish and implement the project control plan to effectively manage production rates, quality, costs, and expected receipts.
Schedule Management: Develop baseline construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines, meeting all project deadlines.
Permitting: Secure necessary building permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates.
On-Site Management: Provide administrative direction to the on-site Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Investigate and resolve potential issues proactively.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses. Ensure accurate and timely job cost reporting while maintaining strong relationships with clients and architects.
Coordination: Facilitate meetings with Owners' representatives, Architects, and Engineers to discuss procedures, progress, issues, and scheduling. Assist in the preparation of bid day information.
Documentation: Author and distribute meeting minutes promptly. Schedule and lead progress meetings with Trade Contractors and Construction Superintendents.
Logistics Management: Coordinate schedules for equipment, material deliveries, and shop drawing submittals.
Additional Duties: Assume other responsibilities or special projects as needed.
Profile
The successful Construction Project Manager will have:
